Bergamot Essential Oil (Citrus bergamia)
Bergamot essential oil is often the first choice in aromatherapy when dealing with depression. It has a lovely delicate spicy citrus aroma, and is very uplifting and refreshing.

Bergamot is a top note essential oil and blends well with chamomile, coriander, cypress, geranium, jasmine, juniper, lavender, lemon, neroli, orange, patchouli, and petitgrain. It is made by cold expression of the peel of nearly ripe fruit.
