Roman Chamomile Pure Essential Oil (Chamaemelum nobile)

Roman Chamomile essential oil is well respected for its calming influence on all body systems, and is one of the best oils for insomnia, especially blended with Lavender. It has a fruity apple-like aroma.

Kathryn Anne Roman Chamomile Essential Oil comes in a 10ml glass amber bottle with a black screw top lid that includes a dropper.

Aromatherapy Uses

Nervous: depression, insomnia, neuralgia, headaches, migraine, anxiety, shock, trauma.
Skin: psoriasis, eczema, irritation, scars, wounds, abrasions, cracked nipple, conjunctivitis.
Digestive: nausea, indigestion, diarrhoea, flatulence, weak appetite, jaundice.
Respiratory: nervous asthma.
Muscular-skeletal: muscle spasms, back pain, gout, swollen, stiff and/or painful joints.
Endocrine/Reproductive: balances menstrual cycle, PMT, painful periods, menopause.
Urinary: cystitis, urinary tract infections.

Roman Chamomile is a middle note essential oil and blends well with bergamot, clary sage, geranium, jasmine, lavender, lemon, neroli, petitgrain, rose, sandalwood, and ylang ylang. It is made through steam distillation of the flowers.
